Hello, beloved in Christ. Today I bring you greetings from the Bishops Ranch, the Camp and Conference Center of the Episcopal Diocese of California, located in Hillsburg, California. I am here with a College for Congregational Development, participating with bishops from the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church in Canada, and the Bishop Summit on congregational development. Not only am I learning a lot about congregational development and gathering tools to help us in our discernment for how we develop congregations in the Episcopal Church in Colorado. I’m also learning about the hallmarks of faithful, healthy, self differentiated effective leadership, which I think will be helpful for all of us in all of our orders of ministry. I look forward to sharing the fruits of my learning with you, and I wish you a blessed week.
