Any successful capital campaign raises more than money for an organization. A good campaign raises new leadership, better communication, and a stronger spiritual community. Many church leaders claim that churches should always be in one of three modes: preparing for a capital campaign, undergoing a capital campaign, or wrapping up a capital campaign.
