Youth Director – St. John’s Episcopal Church, Boulder – Full-Time
St. John’s Episcopal Church is a historic and thriving congregation in Boulder, Colorado. We seek a full-time Youth Director to lead a growing program for middle and high school youth. The youth director is responsible for creating and managing Sunday formation programs and other youth activities such as nights out, retreats, service trips, and camps, sometimes in collaboration with the Diocese of Colorado and area churches. The youth director maintains close connections with parents and youth and communicates weekly through a variety of means. The youth minister works closely with the Director of Children’s Ministries (infants through 5th grade) and the Rector. Three to five years of experience with youth ministry to teenagers is required. Theological education is desirable. The desired start date is January 1, 2027. This position reports to the Rector and offers competitive salary and benefits.
