Young Episcopalians in Service

YES Trips offer youth the opportunity to explore and discover who they are, who God is, and what faith can look in their lives. Through away experiences in service and pilgrimage youth find a safe and loving environment to build community and cultivate new friendships. YES Trips host service, leadership, and adventure themed week-long expereinces for youth who want to engage in seeking to find themselves and God in new places, along with enjoying hard work and living in creation. After attending retreats and camp, YES Trips are the perfect next step for youth who are looking for more in their faith journey.

YES Service Trip 2025- Anchorage, Alaska

YES is excited to accept an invitation to travel to Anchorage, AK for the summer 2025 service trip. YES will stay at and partner with St. Maryโ€™s Episcopal Church in Anchorage to serve the continued growth of their 19 acre campus. This trip, being further away and costing more than a usual YES trip, will require a larger investment on the part of The Episcopal Church in CO, YES as an organization, youth participants and their families. YES is confident Alaska 2025 will be totally worth the extra commitment and time to make it happen.

YES Pilgrimage 2025- Duncan Park, CO

YES Trips is excited to invite the youth of The Episcopal Church in Colorado to experience another great outdoor adventure and pilgrimage. We will be journeying into the national forest lands here in CO to experience creation, community, and God in new ways. We will be partnering with Duncan Park for a week long trip that includes a few nights in camp and three nights on the trail. This experience is offered to middle and high school youth. We look forward to exploring and discovering more about creation, ourselves, and our faith together on the trail. All of the trip information is included in the application.ย Apply for the 2025 Pilgrimage Here

YES Leadership

The success and safety of every trip is dependent on the skills and experience of adult leaders who accompany the group. Adult leaders work in right relationship with both youth and adults to set a strong leadership example during the trip. YES leaders already have relationships with the youth and other adult leaders.ย  YES is committed to the Episcopal Safe Church Policies and Practices for the Protection of Children and Youth. ย Adult leaders must hold a current Safe Church certificate, and have current back ground and driving check on file with YES Trips.

For more information about YES Trips adult leadership please contact YES Trips Coordinatorย Kimberley Hubbs
