Transition Ministry
The Office of Transition Ministry & Congregational Development oversees all clergy deployment across The Episcopal Church in Colorado. In support of transition, the Missioner for Transition Ministry and Congregational Development provides support for congregations and clergy in all phases of the search process so that this opportunity can follow direction of the Holy Spirit and yield a Holy Call.
For all congregations, the Missioner works to provide tools and processes to help clergy and laypeople to lean into their call to be mission-shaped and mission-focused, and to grow their congregations—places that form disciples that create more disciples. This work occurs in a number of ways:
