Region Pledges at Work in 2024

St. Brigit’s, Frederick

St. Brigit’s received a grant for 2024 in the amount of $9,500 to expand their established Community Gleaning Garden to include a sprinkler system to water the garden beds which help them to support the growth of fresh vegetables to be shared with the local food pantry and the community.

St. Ambrose, Boulder

St. Ambrose received a grant for $5,000 to be used in 2024 for a traffic study that is required by the city to support the addition of a future childcare center.

St. John’s, Boulder

St. John’s will use their $1,200 grant to support the Whittier Pantry which supplies hygiene products for disadvantaged.

St. Joseph, Lakewood

St. Joseph will use their $3,500 grant to purchase faith sharing tents, banners, signage to be used for church and community events.

St. Paul’s, Lakewood

St. Paul’s will use their $1,350 grant to purchase an OWL communication device and formation tool to enhance remote services.

St. Luke’s, Fort Collins

St. Luke’s will use their $7,250 grant to purchase and upgrade their kitchen equipment including a new stove to support their congregation and future childcare center.

Trinity Church, Greeley

Trinity will use their $6,000 grant to support their children’s ministry and Sunday School program.

Lutheran Episcopal Campus Ministry, Greeley (LECM)

LECM is an ecumenical campus ministry serving students and young adults at the University of Northern Colorado and AIMS Community College in Greeley. With their grant of $5,000 LECM plans to hire 1 additional student staff position in addition to funding the existing 2 positions which will help them meet more of the needs in their community.

Calvary, “Lunch and Lifeโ€, Golden

Calvary’s principal outreach is to students of the Colorado School of Mine. They serve hot homemade lunch each Tuesday to students seeking spiritual fellowship. With their awarded grant of $7,000 they will purchase food and serving supplies to operate their wonderful program.

St. Clareโ€™s Ministry

St. Clareโ€™s Ministry will use their $10,000 grant to offset the cost of one meal a Tuesday evening a month, as well as the cost of supplying the clothing closet of clothes, toiletries, new underwear, socks, tarps, backpacks, blankets, and sleeping bags for one Tuesday evening a month.

Sterling Ranch, Littleton

Sterling Ranch will use their $10,000 grant to support a church plant in a local neighborhood.

Cathedral Ridge

Cathedral Ridge is an amazing resources for every Episcopalian of any age. Cathedral Ridge will use their $12,600 grant to host affinity group retreats (i.e. Abound Retreats) in 2023 for clergy and lay leaders offering spiritual education, guidance and support.

YES! Youth Mission Trips

YES! will use their $5,000 grant to support their 2024 summer mission trips and tuition.
